Music: Aly and AJ - On The Ride
Things that I feel need some clarification...
As far as my "wedding": I've had people come to either my mom or myself wondering when the wedding is going to be. Because of things I'd said in the past, people have it in their minds that I'm getting married this year. THIS IS NOT TRUE! At this time, I have no date set and when it does happen, it won't be for a long time yet. We have no plans at all for this year though, that's the main thing. Too many other things happening.
As for the house, I have completed my final paperwork today. I signed a bazillion papers and I have taken my last step over the line into owning the house. The LLC has to sign off on it tomorrow and at that point, I'll receive my keys and be able to start painting, etc. I have only closed on it, I'M NOT LIVING THERE YET. We have a lot of odd jobs we'd like to get done before we move in. Painting, installing fans, electric connection, water connection... that's the price for BRAND NEW.
So, those are the main questions I get these days. I think I will go insane if I get another "I heard you're getting married in July" statement. No, no, NO!

Music: KT Tunstall - Suddenly I See
Welp, I suppose it's okay to announce since I know it's happening now. Jason and I have signed the contract for a new house on Summerland Key. We're looking at early March for a move-in date. I have more paperwork to do but this house is ours. We put the down-payment down on Thursday, January 11th 2007. So, that's about it. I'm really excited. It's BRAND NEW! *squees with joy* You can see pictures here. There are pictures of the inside as well, however, they haven't put down the carpet so the flooring is ugly right now. We have an office in mind and the other room is a spare room. We have a LOVELY bathroom in our bedroom and OH! I'm too excited to explain everything.
That's about it. Finally, a post that isn't completely useless. Peace homies.

Music: The Penfifteen Club - Ms. Hilton
Haha... about the layout: I put the images together in like... 30 minutes max. It's plain and simple. I needed a little bit of a change from all the craziness. I need to fix my comment page... but meh. I'd like to change my radio page up a little and add a few things here and there.
See, yesterday I cleaned my whole apartment, because it was literally trashed while I was at my mom's. My water heater was leaking and the damn thing was in the closet and we had a bunch of stuff on the floor. Welp, the plumber threw all that wet and probably molding stuff on top of our bed. So I have to douche the whole place with bleah. So yesterday we cleaned the entire place and Jason put together a new dresser set for us. ^__^ We threw away lots of useless stuff we were keeping (magazines, shreaded clothing, etc...) and this place actually feels livible now.
Anyway, I'm going to be late for work if I don't get off here, so I'll be off. Later tom-mater.

I'm going to be cleaning up files also, so if some links don't appear to be working, that's why. I'll post any changes that aren't obvious when I get them done. *sigh*
